David has been the program director since 2004. He is a certified drug treatment counselor. We provide client evaluation and assessment, diagnosis of use and abuse, treatment plans, attendance records, formal letters and documentation of progress. We do attentive outpatient treatment for California state medical board of registered nurses and Santa Clara county probation department.

Latanya Hairston

Latanya has been our drug treatment assistant since 2004. She oversees drug and alcohol testing for providers such as Vault Health, Recovery Trek, and Phamtech, Drug Scan, Metox, and CRL testing services.

Joseph Ruiz, Staff Member

Joseph, born in the mid-1980s in San Jose, California, grew up in a loving, multicultural family that encouraged hard work and personal growth. After graduating from Independence High School, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served as an E-4 infantryman and had the privilege of working overseas in the Philippines, Panama, and South Korea. His military journey helped him reach new levels of excellence he hadn't imagined. After returning home, Joseph started a family, blessing his life with three beautiful children. Later, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, furthering his commitment to personal and professional growth.
